The Cincinnati Children’s 1:1 Mentoring Program connects employees and builds on our culture of learning and professional development. This program creates a personalized connection between a mentor and a mentee who share learning and experiential interests. In this relationship, the mentor provides individualized guidance, advice, and support to the mentee while fostering an environment for growth and development.
Leader Mentor Circles
The Leader Mentor Circles program provides a confidential group environment of connection and development for people leaders. In the 6-month program, leaders with common learning interests meet once per month with Circle Leads to discuss pre-determined topics and share diverse perspectives on curated content.
