The Cincinnati Children's Leader Mentor Circles program is a space for people leaders to engage in group learning. Leaders meet in a confidential environment of connection and development. In the 6-month program, people leaders with common learning interests meet once per month with Circle Leads to discuss leadership topics, experiences, successes, and challenges.
